This notice confirms that The Messy Spot has recieved your craft order or workshop booking.

- Craft orders are dispatched within 7 days.  We will contact you if there are any delays.

- Workshop bookings are immediate however we will contact you if there are any issues.

WORKSHOP BOOKING CONDITIONS:

1. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all workshop bookings.

2. Workshops start puntually at the designated time.

3. Reschedule must be within four weeks from date of purchase.

4. Bookings are not transferable to other people.

5. No refunds or discounts given for late attendance or 'no shows'.

6. No refunds or discounts for children who do not participate in activities on the day.

7. Purchase cannot be used as credit for any other activity, product or event at The Messy Spot.

8. Adult supervision is required and participation is required.
