The Messy Spot is a unique place where children and adults enjoy painting and craft activities together minus the hassle of setting up and cleaning up at home!  

No booking needed. We are open for casual creative fun Tuesday to Friday 9:30 to 2:00.  Please enter before 12:30pm.

We are the largest specialty craft venue in the Eastern suburbs with a fantastic, colourful space designed for maximum creativity!

Help yourself to our wonderful selection of drawing equipment and enjoy experimenting with your child. 

Perfect for the young and young at heart, children aged 18 months up to 10 years (and older - yes you too mum!) explore our equipment in many different ways.  

The Messy Spot is a great idea if you are introducing toddlers to painting, if your child just can't get enough craft, if your child needs practice to build skills, if you can't be bothered with paint and craft mess at home, if you just have to get out of the house, if you have a wardrobe full of craft stuff and need a little inspiration...or maybe all of the above!! 

SCHOOL HOLIDAY FUN

Looking for something different to do during the school holidays? Kids love winding down from a hectic school term with painting and craft activities. We are always blown away by the fantastic designs school children imagine and create at The Messy Spot.

ENTRY PRICE

$15.50 up to $22.00 per child and includes:

A craft activity of your choice: We offer a selection of craft activities suitable for children of different ages and skills. Simply select this activity when you arrive. 

For children under 3 years we highly recommend our play dough and painting package only $15.50 per child.

Paint, brushes and water pots:  We provide paint refills if needed and age appropriate paint brushes too!  Water pots are available for older children.

Tools from our self-serve workshop: Help yourself to loads of equipment including stencils, stamps, rollers, sponges, foam shapes, finger painting mats, chalkboards, whiteboards, chalk, crayons, markers, pencils, scissors, design punches, rubs and more! Painting is allowed on our giant white boards, walls and transparent easels.

Best of all...entry includes clean up: A perfect end to a fun creative morning!
